What led you to the PLUSnxt team?
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at large companies where sales teams had hundreds of reps, and while the experience was valuable, I wanted to be somewhere I could make a real impact. At a big company, you can feel like just another number—at PLUS, every win is meaningful. Here, I have the opportunity to help build something, to contribute in a way that feels tangible. That was a huge draw for me.
What is your role within PLUSnxt?
As VP of Business Development, my main role is to drive revenue growth and introduce new clients to PLUS. Many of my clients hadn’t heard of PLUS before, so I’m focused on expanding awareness and ensuring that we’re able to support them with our offerings.
Where do you see PLUSnxt going?
PLUS is positioned for success, and I see enormous potential for expansion. I want to leverage my network to introduce more East coast law firms and corporations to PLUS and help them grow into these markets. Additionally,I see an opportunity to expand our reach globally over time.
What is your ideal relationship with clients?
For me, relationships go beyond business. I’ve built deep connections with my clients over the years—whether it’s grabbing a coffee, checking in over text, or even being invited to family events. I want my clients to feel confident that they can rely on me, not just as a service provider, but as a true partner in their success.
What do you do for fun? What is something people couldn’t learn about you from LinkedIn?
I love traveling, particularly to warm places with nice beaches; I do pilates and yoga, I have an eye for both fashion design and interior design. I like to read and shop. Overall, I lead a relatively healthy lifestyle. I also have a four-year-old, fifteen-year-old and twenty-year old (all girls) so my family and I are always on the go and enjoy skiing* on some weekends.
*note: When asked if there were any snowboarders in her family, Christin emphasized that there were “definitely not.” Purely skiing.
