What led you to the PLUSnxt team?
At a certain point, I realized that the workflows I implemented at my old job were completely self-sufficient. My managers were trained well, and I found myself seeking a new challenge. I wanted to be a part of a company that was still growing. I saw PLUS as the perfect size and perfect opportunity; it presents me with unique challenges and allows me to further develop my skillset.
What is your role within PLUSnxt?
My main role is developing standardized workflows and processes. I try to make all the reviews uniform; I set specific timelines and goals for all reviews. I want to continue to improve on the customer service aspect of our service. The sales team sells us as providing “next-level-service” and I try to ensure that we have the workflows and processes in place to be able to deliver on that.
What is your ideal relationship with clients?
An ideal relationship with clients is one where both PLUSand the clients are engaged throughout the entire process. The worst-case scenario is when clients handover documents and disappear until the end of the project. Instead, when clients engage with us regularly, we can adjust workflows and deliverables in real time and ensure that everyone is satisfied with the outcome.
Where do you see PLUSnxt going?
PLUS is in a good position and poised for growth; Gary,Tony, and Jeff have put a great team in place to ensure that we are prepared for growth and not blindsided by it. With the global model and AI, we can offer not only more efficient reviews but also more cost-effective reviews. I see a fast-paced year of expansion ahead of us.
What do you do for fun? What is something people couldn’t learn about you from LinkedIn?
I think it’s important to find a healthy work-life balance. I try to get out and be active because I’m in front of a computer screen for most of the day so finding balance in my life is key. I do a lot of running, kayaking, and yoga, it’s great for flexibility and that one hour helps you get centered.
